Our terms of business are the following: Booked appointments must be made 24 hours in advance; appointments may be rescheduled or canceled 24 hours in advance; Deposit is non refundable if appointment is missed or canceled within 24 hours; City Golf LTD has the right to refuse or cancel bookings; Customers must park in one of two designated parking spots outside Unit 38, or follow the parking regulations set by Glenmore Business Park; Customers must arrive on time and leave on session expiry; Customers must follow all Covid-19 rules as seen on our website; payments can be made via iZettle, Stripe or cash; Food and beverages will be in date and allergy advice attainable for products sold; Customers to use facility as intended and follow guidelines set out by staff; City Golf LTD is not responsible for any damages to customers equipment or any personal injury obtained whilst at the premises; Customers cars are parked at own risk; Customers will be liable for any damages caused to City Golf’s facility including hardware, software and furnishings; All users will abide by copyright laws and will not use City Golf’s content for commercial purposes; Should there be any disputes they should be raised with City Golf immediately and we aim to respond within 7 days with a reasonable solution; Prices are  subject to change but are accurate at time of booking and are guaranteed for completed bookings; vouchers must be used within 6 months of issue; vouchers will be posted within 4 days of purchase; Images of customers using facility may be taken and used for digital content; Terms and conditions will be updated as and when needed; City Golf meets GDPR guidelines, privacy policy on website.
